This delightful addition is easily accessible even to readers looking to make small changes in their diets. Licensed holistic esthetician Tourles ("Organic Body Care Recipes") shares a list of ingredients with pictures of each item. A list of kitchen equipment is also provided to accompany these recipes for shakes, bars, and soups, some of which require the use of a juicer or dehydrator. For libraries that don't have any books on the topic, this is an excellent introduction.
